Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how LogoPolish ("we", "us", operated by Numa Labs LLC, a limited liability company registered in Delaware, USA) handles information when you use logopolish.com (the "Service").

We built LogoPolish to do one thing well, and our data practices follow the same principle: we collect as little as possible, and we don't keep what we don't need.

What we collect

  • The logo files you upload. To process your logo, we temporarily store the image file you upload. These files are automatically deleted from our servers after a short period (see "How long we keep things" below). We do not use your logos to train any model, and we do not share them.
  • Your email address. We collect your email in three situations: (a) when you pay, to deliver your kit and a download link; (b) when you request a manual ("professional") version of a logo that didn't pass automatic processing; and (c) if you opt in to be notified about future plans. We only use your email for the purpose you gave it for.
  • Payment information. When you pay, your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout. We never see or store your card number. Stripe processes the payment and shares with us only what we need to confirm it (e.g., that the payment succeeded, and the email you used).
  • Basic technical data. Like most websites, our servers may log standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the Service running. We use your browser's language setting only to show the site in English or Spanish.

Note: If we add website analytics in the future, we will update this policy to name the provider and explain what is collected before turning it on.

Who we share data with (our processors)

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate. They only receive the data needed to do their job:

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep things

  • Uploaded logo files: deleted automatically a short time after processing (a TTL-based cleanup runs regularly). We do not keep your logos long-term.
  • Email and payment confirmation: retained as needed to provide the Service, keep records of transactions, and comply with legal/accounting obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU's GDPR or California's CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email us at [email protected] and we'll respond.

International users

We operate from the United States. If you use the Service from outside the US, your information may be processed in the US and in the countries where our processors (Stripe, Resend) operate.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version.
