Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of logopolish.com (the "Service"), operated by Numa Labs LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

What LogoPolish does

LogoPolish takes a logo image you upload and, when possible, produces a cleaned-up, vectorized version and a downloadable kit (vector files, formats, variants, color palette, and a brand guide). We are honest about what we can and can't do automatically: if your logo can be processed well, we deliver it; if it can't, we tell you clearly and offer a manual route. We never knowingly deliver a low-quality result disguised as a finished one.

What you get when you pay

  • A single payment of USD $9 (or the price shown at checkout) unlocks the complete kit for that one logo. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription — you are not enrolled in any recurring charge.
  • After payment, your kit is available to download on screen immediately, and a download link is also sent to your email.
  • The free version (a watermarked, reduced-resolution preview) is provided as-is, to let you see the result before purchasing.

Your responsibilities

By uploading a logo, you confirm that:

  • You own the logo or have the right to use it. Do not upload images you don't have rights to. You are responsible for the content you upload.
  • You will not use the Service for anything unlawful, or to process content that is infringing, harmful, or violates someone else's rights.

We may refuse or stop processing content that appears to violate these Terms.

Your content and rights

  • You keep all rights to your logos. Uploading does not transfer ownership to us. We process your file only to provide the Service, and we delete uploaded files after a short period.
  • The processed output (your kit) is yours to use freely for your own brand and projects.

Refunds

Because the kit is a digital product delivered immediately, all sales are generally final. That said, if the result is genuinely defective or something went wrong on our end, email [email protected] and we'll make it right — we'd rather fix a problem than keep a payment for something that didn't work.

Manual / professional requests

If your logo doesn't pass automatic processing, you can request a manual version. Submitting that request only shares your email and (optionally) a note. It is a request, not a guaranteed order — we'll contact you to discuss whether and how we can help, and any price, before any work or charge.

Service "as is" / limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Numa Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service (i.e., up to USD $9 for a single purchase).

Changes to the Service and Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, and we may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
